The cocoa used for this chocolate is cultivated and harvested by the members of the APPOS (cooperative of small producers) and transformed into cocoa mass in the association’s own plant.

The chocolate bars of our “La Rustica” line are handcrafted bars cut from chocolate slabs, elaborated in our workshop in the French Pyrenees. Of course these bars are also based on the cocoa transformed into covertures and cocoa mass by our Ecuadorian partners.
