The chocolates “à la casse” are handcrafted in our workshop in the French Pyrenees. The melted and tempered chocolate is poured into big slabs, sprinkled with the various ingredients and broken into pieces. Of course they are also based on the cocoa transformed into covertures and cocoa mass by our Ecuadorian partners.
