77% chocolate with coffee and spices; handcrafted in our workshop from our Grand Cru couvertures from the Hacienda Bosque de Oro ;

Ingredients: chocolate (cocoa, sugar), coffee, cinnamon, coriander, mace

Available in 100g, 250g et 1000g.

 

The chocolates “à la casse” are handcrafted in our workshop in the French Pyrenees. The melted and tempered chocolate is poured into big slabs, sprinkled with the various ingredients and broken into pieces. Of course they are also exclusively made from the cocoa transformed into covertures and cocoa mass by our Ecuadorian partners.
