Dark chocolate associated with orange surely is one of the classics; but try this one: the oranges have ripened on the tree at the same plantation as the cocoa giving them only a slight acidity.

Available in 100g, 250g et 1000g.

The chocolates “à la casse” are handcrafted in our workshop in the French Pyrenees. The melted and tempered chocolate is poured into big slabs, sprinkled with the various ingredients and broken into pieces. Of course they are also exclusively made from the cocoa transformed into covertures and cocoa mass by our Ecuadorian partners.
